Phlebotomy Refresher Workshop

This workshop is designed for experienced or previously trained individuals who want to refresh their phlebotomy skills and prepare for a national certification examination. It is ideal for noncertified phlebotomists, CNAs with prior blood-collection training or experience, Medical Assistants seeking phlebotomy certification, and individuals who completed training but never took the examination.
Participants will review venipuncture, capillary collection, order of draw, specimen processing, infection control, safety, and certification-examination content.
This is not an entry-level phlebotomy program. Certification eligibility is determined by the selected certifying agency.
