ACLS Course

ACLS Course has been updated to show new science found in the 2020 American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care. This course will enhance on the foundations of lifesaving BLS skills, focusing on the importance of high-level CPR. This course emphasizes on the importance of team skills and communication, systems of care, recognition and intervention of cardiopulmonary arrest, immediate post-cardiac arrest, acute dysrhythmia, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes (ACS). The ACLS Initial Course is for someone who does not hold a current AHA ACLS card but has current BLS. For renewal a current/unexpired AHA ACLS card. Bring BLS card to class
